I feel that this course is an essential part for an individual to build a career in the education sector. The necessity of a good knowledge of management in an academic institution is a virtue for one and it helps a lot in the career growth of the individual and also the development of the organization. Moreover, in order to become an efficient educational administrator, it is necessary to inculcate certain qualities and skills within oneself. This course precisely enriches one in regard of those skills and qualities, and makes him/her better equipped with real life problems, situations and their solutions , as in, how to tackle those situations. I found this course very useful. It is applicable for people aspiring to become educational administrators also. Its a good experience to study after a long gap of two decades. It is a good experience to study and gain knowledge. I preferred to study now as my qualification was not enough to teach pre and primary school children. By doing this course, I learnt the methodology of teaching young children. My patience level increased after completing this course, as through out the course material ., it says how to deal with young children.It is a very useful course. I liked this course.I would surely recommend this course to others. I liked their material which contains case study and activities on the basis of that will come to know what we can do at the time of actual handling these kind of students. Also their response toward queries was also good. I would like to work with you if I find opportunity and also would like to know more about this field. I am a home tutor.

Before this course, I did not have specific idea about or to differentiate LD, ADHD & Autism. Now, I can clearly identify the children with specific challenges. The questions in the assignment was very extensive and brain storming. I enjoyed that aspect more. I am a head trainer of Letter Academy.

It was an informative and helpful course. I learnt many things from this. Previously, I wasn't aware of so much intricacies that are involved in managing an educational institution. I must say that the course was quite an eye opener. The videos were extremely helpful and were perfect additions to the comprehensive course. I especially liked studying about the leadership. It is the area I am most interested in because I feel our world is in dire need of good leaders and I am much grateful to ACT for designing such a course that will not only train individuals but also impart leadership qualities in them.
