The course is great. The counsellor Christina was great, she was always prompt with her replies and very helpful. The course Coordinator Ms. Nina was amazing , quick with the email replies and very patient. I only have issue with the portal, it's not the friendliest to use. Some of the information is hard to find, and more information can be provided on the website about how an assignment should be done. What are the requirements etc. Also the topic of Microteaching can be made more clear, about what is required. Even a demo video would be helpful for clueless first time students. I had to do it 2 times to get the criteria correct.

Beginning was good, everthing went smoothly until the final assignment. I had the feeling I spoke to several people under the same name and had to explain myself over and over again. The final assignment is not explained in a proper way which leads to confusion. I liked the course and would have taken another one but the last experience of the course was not pleasant.
