Well, since this was not a course that I had registered for but a free webinar that I was allowed to attend as a part of my subsequent chosen diploma course, I am not in a position to comment much however, I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity as I truly enjoyed attending the session. The resource person had planned the session well with energizes, open discussion, feedback and questionnaire session along with concise and precise topics related to the theme. I look forward to starting my course soon and am excited to learn from experienced trainers.
