My experience with the programme was positive and professionally valuable. The programme enabled me to conduct a systematic study of alternative educational pathways for Students of Determination across CBSE and British curriculum schools in Dubai. It strengthened my understanding of research design, data collection, comparative analysis and academic writing. The evaluator’s feedback was constructive and helped me improve the clarity of the study, define the comparative scope more precisely, strengthen the treatment of Students of Determination within the methodology, and present the findings more effectively. The programme has also supported my professional responsibilities in inclusion, student well-being and school leadership.
